The latest restaurant by Toro Bravo, Inc., BYH Burgers tells Eater it will officially take over the former Shalom Y’all venue inside Pine Street Market on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Prepare for signature, Southern-inspired burgers from John Gorham and chef Drew Sprouse. Everything comes with American cheese by default. See the full menu below.

BYH Burgers won’t overload you with options. The restaurant seems satisfied with filling the burger gap inside Pine Street Market, which is already home to pizza, ramen, hot dogs, barbecue, and more.

The menu touts single and double burgers, a veggie option, and one fancy choice, the eponymous Bless Your Heart burger, a Carolina-inspired burger with chili, onions, cole slaw, yellow mustard, homemade pickles, and American cheese. The patties are Northwest natural beef sandwiched between Martin’s potato buns.

You’ll also find fries in a number of variants, including “Down ‘n’ Dirty,” topped with griddled onions, peppers, mushrooms, beer-cheese sauce, and barbecue spices. Cocktails center on familiar 90s flavors, with house-made sodas, too.

In addition to Sprouse and Toro Bravo, Inc., BYH Burgers is owned by Jamal Hassan and Kasey Mills. They both bring experience from Mediterranean Exploration Company. Starting February 14, BYH Burgers will operate daily, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., at 126 SW 2nd Ave.
