After a series of delays, Jackrabbit is opening its doors March 20, at 830 SW 6th Ave., inside of the Hilton downtown, the restaurant tells Eater. The wildly anticipated venture comes from celebrity chef Chris Cosentino, the meat-obsessed owner of Cockscomb in San Francisco, with partner Oliver Wharton. Today, Jackrabbit will operate from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and from 5 to 10 p.m., and reservations are now available through OpenTable (walk-ins also welcomed).

Hungry to see what’s on offer? Here are Jackrabbit’s cocktail, lunch and dinner, and wine menus. Jackrabbit tells Eater breakfast will kick off tomorrow, March 21, at 7 a.m.

Moving forward, Jackrabbit will be open for breakfast Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Lunch is available daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner is served nightly, starting at 5 p.m.
