— New-ish reservation system Tock comes to Portland by way of chef Aaron Adams at Farm Spirit. Tock allows patrons to pay up front (sort of like an event ticket), so everything is taken care of once they arrive to the restaurant. Tock has been spreading across the country since its release in 2015. [EaterWire]
