Get ready for cartloads of dumplings before the month ends: Yong Kang Street will open tomorrow at Pioneer Place.

The highly anticipated dim sum restaurant announced its March 28th opening through the mall’s public relations team, though hints have been abundant online: Google is showing the restaurant as open now, with hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Yong Kang’s menu was already posted by Bee F. on Yelp, featuring items like juicy pork dumplings, scallion pancakes, and Singapore rice noodles.

Named for a street in Taiwan, Yong Kang Street is a popular dumpling emporium with locations in New York and Las Vegas, serving traditional cart-style dumplings and noodles. The Taiwanese restaurant will be one of several new options in the mall’s incoming food hall, Roots Food District. Raising Cane’s fried chicken and elaborate burger chain BurgerFi will also open in the food court.
