Oregon Wins Big at the Great American Beer Festival

SMALL VIRTUES — Starting Wednesday, vegan-friendly pizzeria Virtuous Pie is adding a new mess of small plates to its menu, including dishes like roasted harissa cauliflower with paprika aioli, Italian meatless meatballs with smoky tomato sauce and lemon almond ricotta, and vegan cheese and pate board with dollops of sunflower seed and mushroom pate. CAULI HOURThe Canopy just launched a happy hour in its hotel restaurant, with $5 kale salads, $4 roasted cauliflower, and a handful of $7 signature cocktails. Happy hour runs daily from 4 to 6 p.m. [EPDX]

NEW FORTUNEFortune, the sleek bar from the folks behind Revelry, is throwing a big relaunch party all weekend, celebrating the new, expanded space in Old Town. This is probably a good sign for Fortune’s future, considering the attempted eviction that rocked that bar earlier this year.
