In the great tradition of the Eater 38, we could probably come up with a long list of 38 places in Portland that serve awesome omelets, hash, or house-cured bacon during brunch hours. But because you know about all of those already (thus necessitating this here No-Wait Brunch map), we'd now like to offer the Eater Brunch Heat Map, which will be occasionally updated with the favorite hot new (or newish) brunches in town.
