While Oregon bars and restaurants are still unable to offer cocktails with hard alcohol for takeout or delivery, Washington state authorized restaurants to sell pre-mixed cocktails to-go in May. Vancouver is currently in Phase 2 of Gov. Jay Inslee’s Safe Start Plan, allowing dining rooms to open at 50 percent capacity, but many local businesses, looking for extra income during a challenging economic time, are still selling pre-mixed cocktails for takeout.

The law requires customers to order food with sealed carryout cocktails, but takeout drinks can legally stick around until 30 days after the county enters Phase 4. For those who are tired of juicing citrus and muddling herbs, but not quite ready to sit in a public space, here’s a list of places in Vancouver offering pre-mixed alcoholic beverages to go.
