After an unprecedented flurry of restaurant openings, re-openings, and comebacks toward the tail-end of 2011, the seas have quieted a bit during the month of January. But joining the January additions of LucLac Vietnamese Kitchen, Interurban, Double Dragon, and Kim Boyce's Bakeshop, two newish spots of note: Spielman Coffee Roasters and the new PSU location of Nong's Khao Man Gai.
